Greek yogurt with stevia and sugar free pudding mix (white chocolate is my favorite), protein ice cream, fiber one bars (birthday cake, lemon, or cinnamon roll) are all my top choices.

Just encourage/invite him to go to the gym with you... or for a walk.. or whatever other physical activity he might enjoy. Meal prep together. I confess I ate so much at/after my son's birthday party yesterday, that my skin actually hurts from how bloated/swollen it is. It was all delicious though, so no regrets. I'll just drink extra water today.

Good plan, Mo. I have been logging every day since February 2013. I guesstimate on holidays or special occasions, but I still always log. It's just habit now..and so easy. I don't even think about it. Good luck!

Yeah, it really does suck. Sorry you're having trouble too. I fall asleep right away and even though I get up multiple times to use the bathroom, I'm usually able to fall right back to sleep. (This is what used to be my problem).. It's just that now around 3 or 4, my brain says it's time to get up. :(
