It's the protein ice cream that is shared all over this thread. I've shared the recipe a few times as well as a few other people with different variations. It's so good and very filling! I ate it all throughout winter too as a way to fill up before bed time!

I use vinegar, mustard, and spices (garlic powder or onion powder, salt or seasoned salt, ). I also love using the leftover pickle juice once my pickles are gone. Also agree with salsa, hot sauce, or bragg's liquid aminos.

Same! I have to pass up good deals all the time because I'd be in serious trouble having that in the house! :#
