actually that was my exercise of choice, 2 years ago when i originally lost my weight, did the stepper too, loved it, could do it in my pjs lol..since sadly my WII has broken and i really have to get it fixed I did enjoy the work outs..have fun

this is a great idea, i do something similar because i find that when i am tired or starving, my will power goes out the window. I have learnt to keep healthy low cal snacks ready and on hand in order to stay on track

good for you thats awsome, obviously you are doing something right...keep up the good work. i am sorry to say i am not being sucessful with my new years resolution.. i am struggling to lose that 13 pounds gained during the month of December celebrating, down 5 but thought i would have been further along by now.
