I weigh myself once a week, early Monday morning. I use to weigh myself everyday, but quickly became discouraged due to the constant change because my weight flucuates throughout the day.

I usually eat 6 meals per day....only protein for breakfast (at least 20 g) cause it keeps me full. For my snacks, I eat fruit, such as frozen grapes, laughing cow cheese & crackers, & greek yogurt. Today is Day 2 for 30DS....feeling some slight soreness in my arms and thighs..thinking about going to Synergy (mix of Yoga and Pilates) to make me more flexible...maybe that will help with my soreness...

I love Zumba!!! I've only been doing it for about 2 weeks now, and I've already lost 1 inch from my waist.
