I've done the complete C25K before, and am working my way thru it again. Last night, I finished week 5 day 3, the 20 minute run. Yes, week 5 does come as a shock, and you hurt for a while after, but if you make it thru that one, you're golden for the rest of the program!

I've seen this done at practically every wedding that I've been to except for one...mine. It is tacky and vulgar. I get that it may be a tradition, but one that should be stamped out. /end of rant

When I told them my weight, I was lying, 31 pounds lighter than I was...now it's lying, saying I weigh 38 pounds more than I do. It's a nice feeling,,,
