Try the protein bars and protien shakes from Lindora. Low in carbs, sugar and calories. I tend to eat every 2 hours, so it helps to have one of those every 2 hrs to help with my blood sugar as well.

Weighing myself few times a day drives me crazy. That number on the scale can totally make or break my mood. I tend to put the scale away and only weigh myself once every 2 weeks. Works better for me.
