I have the Polar FT7 and I love it! Several of my friends have the FT4 and love there's as well. I probably would have gotten the 4, but found a great deal on Amazon that only made the 7 $8 more at the time. Good luck - I don't know what I would do without my HRM now!

Yep - I'm on day 4 and loving it! You wouldn't think it would make such a difference, but I love the 30 second strength intervals so much more than the 60/30 intervals in 30 Day Shred. Good luck!
