It is strange to see a thread I started so long ago with my old name and it be at the top of the "fun and games" list... never would I have thought it would go on this long! As for an answer to the thread... of course! My whole purpose of being here is to help and motivate anyone I can.

I too have returned from a time away from the site and used to be very active. I am not so much into running (mainly just cause I suck at it and need to work at it more) but love weight training and lifting as often as possible. Happy to try and be a motivator to you if you are looking for one!

Hi! More than happy to help motivate you through any struggles. I love eating junk food and that has always been the end of me... but I am determined and dedicated to finally kicking some bad habits and am looking for friends that feel the same way.

If you are wanting to gain muscle then just start a good lifting program. I don't have anything specific program-wise that I would recommend... but if you are gaining muscle and eating well then the fat (or "excess wight" for all you PC people) will take care of itself.
