I do. Mine presents more in the way of "I know I don't look great at this moment, but I wish these strangers KNEW how hard I was working to get fit and lose weight. I wish they knew that I've already lost 35 lbs. I know I'm still overweight, but I'm smaller. I'M SMALLER!" haha It's sad but true. I was just thinking about…

Oh man... this one is tough. I have caught myself nearly skipping out because I didn't want to go over. However, I remind myself that it happened, and lying to MFP doesn't change the actual intake. Once you get those numbers plugged in though, it's oddly satisfying. Even if it's also a bummer

I had jeans cutting in at the waist when I'd sit down. Now they are nearly falling off of me, and I can fit both my arms in the waist.

Cardio doesn't magically burn fat, however it does burn calories. If you eat too much, you'll gain. If you are eating at a deficit, you will burn fat.

I am on the "still have a lot to lose" end, so I'm not an expert in muscle gain. However, from what I've seen from the MFP pros, you can't gain muscle while still trying to lose weight. If you still have belly fat, there is weight to lose. I recommend entering your information properly into MFP, and setting your goal to…

3 pounds is a wonderful amount for 5 weeks. I know it doesn't sound big, but that is incredible. I agree with others: get that measuring tape out, and start measuring your changes around your body. I just had a week of no loss, but DANG I look good! When we have a far way to go, the pounds seem more meaningful, but in the…

Whatever MFP has you set for, eat that, and you will eat back your exercise calories (about 50-75% of them, as MFP overestimates a lot). Set the right activity level which is how much you move around not including your exercise. Then set your goal for 1lb loss if you have a lot to lose or 0.5 if you are closer to your…

Macros are your proteins, carbs, and fats. Edited: No sorry necessary! Questions are good... It's how we all learn
-
Edited to say that I *feel better* when I hit my macros. It's not necessary for weight loss, but it sure makes it easier to stick with it when you're not starving all day.

Haha I almost typed the same thing! Now onto the topic at hand. I truly believe that you should enjoy any and all foods *as long as you log it*. I love my late evening snack, so I make sure to have 200+ cals for that evening snack. I also make sure to hit my macro goals. You don't have to feel guilty. Enjoy!…

These were super cute. Thanks for the chuckle!!

My first thought is that it could be water weight. However, you said three weeks. With it being three weeks, it's more likely that it's overeating because of exercise. We are tired from a good burn, we grab a snack (even a healthy snack has calories), and we eat past what we should be consuming for the day. I was extremely…

Just read that you asked for portable... haha I'm sorry. That's what I get for just reading the title. Mine probably isn't portable. It's delicious though

My favorite breakfast, and one I have almost every day, is two over-easy eggs usually on two slices of toast with some jelly or apple butter. Yummy!

I was thinking the same thing. Unless you are under ~5'3'', that weight would most likely be defined as "underweight." I'm not judging or trying to come across as rude. I also know that BMI is a terrible system. However, it is all I have to go off of. Also, you should be eating *at the very least* 1200 calories, and eating…

The first photo was one of my inspiration for first losing. I didn't realize how large I had become. <--- That's not owning up to it. I had no idea how overweight I was. In the second was 30 lbs lighter and in the same pose, so I could see the difference. I'm going on round 2 now, as I had my second kiddo, and I'm going…

Everyone looks incredible, but I really responded to your pictures. Those pounds are nearly exactly mine when I lost the first time. I'm back at the beginning because I've had another kiddo since then, but this thread is so motivating. You look incredible. Everyone looks incredible. Great work, all!!!

I don't know about other editions, but in 5e, you get to multiclass starting at 3rd level, I believe. It seems like a fun way to make it your own even more. Do you enjoy DM'ing and playing equally? I think I'd enjoy being a DM, but I am too new to this game to take on that level of power. Haha *swoon* I'm married, but I'll…

So according to my DM, he actually has the same love of the warlord. He's combined a fighter and bard to simulate the warlord. According to him, it's not perfect but it is pretty good.
-
That makes sense. My DM was talking about creating a warlord from the current classes you can choose from. I'll have to see if I can remember to ask him if there is a way to create a decent comparison by multiclassing. My group are all level 6, and to me, it's so much more fun with a little bit of a HP buffer. Level 1 is…

I played a blue (lightning) dragonborn bard. She died my first day with her. Natural 1 to climb a 200ft rope (20d6 damage on a level 1 is never good). Oops! Haha Another guy in our group died too. She died before I ever got to bard anything  Wow... I hope to really get a chance to be a dragonborn again. So fun. Who…

Oh, I love it! Studious. My first character was a wood elf ranger (pretty common combo) and she was really fun, but I quickly learned that I wanted to play non traditional combos. An elven wizard makes sense but is also kind of unique... I like it
