  • Just think that tomorrow is another day, If you are having a down day today then just go with it, That is what works for me! Sometimes i can break through but other times i just feel like sitting on the sofa all day but the next day i feel better and can just get on with what i want to!! Hope you feel better tomorrow xx

  • i forgot to add that i do walk every day, i dont actually drive so the school run each day is half mile there and half mile back so i walk at least 2 miles every day without thinking really!!   • I did the same, im on the dreaded 1200 cals a day lol!! Im doing ok on it though, after i put in exercise for the school run it gives me an extra 150-200 cals to play around with! Makes a whole lot of difference!! Anna xx

  • Mine is 140lbs, That is what i was when i met hubby 6 years ago and i thought i was fat :( im now 190 so 50 lb to go!!! When i get to 140 i am gonna re evaluate and see if i wanna drop more! Anna x

  • I tuck into a snack bar or cereal bar, especially the coco pop ones as they are chocolatey and if kept in the.fridge they take a bit longer to eat!! I know its jot a healthy option as a piece of fruit would be but if i have a craving for something sweet then one.of those helps me out!! X

  • Thats meeeee :) lol, My hubby signed up 2 days ago and he is more strict with his calorie input than i am lol!!! Its better to have someone doing it along side you, Makes things much easier and makes him realise why im always looking at calories on things!! xx

  • Im so sorry for your loss :-(, i remember when we had to get my 16 yr old dog put down, it was awful and i cries for weeks, just try and keep yourself busy, dont turn to food, if you feel crap go for a run and then take a nice hot shower! Dont stop yourself from crying, it helps with the grieving process!! Xxxxxx
