I weigh myself 2 times a week Mon and thurs.. and I weigh myself Mon and Thurs morning as soon as I get up.. and I only log it in when it goes down.. or if it goes way up for some reason so that I can see what the issue was and fix it.. like this morning I weighed myself and I lost 2lbs... but idk what thurs will look like

I run on the tread mill for 30 min 6 days a week.. I do the stationary bike for 30 min.. and the eliptical for 30 min.. and then once a week I lift weights.. and lately I have been getting into Ea sports

My motivation is a pair of jeans that are hanging in my closet... also my motivation is looking in the mirror and seeing the changes my body has started...

I think if you reward yourself, it would be ok.. like if you say to yourself " if I only eat 1 plate or smaller portion then I can have something sweet" and if theres a night when you have 2 helpings then you don't get a sweet that night.. like you would with kids.

I know what you mean, today I had the same problem and I ran right to the mall and to a Finish Line and told them what the issue was, and they fixed my issue, I bought new shoes and then I also bought support padding, I haven't tried running in them yet, but I will Saturday morning.. I am off tomorrow, so I can't test them…
