  • I use one frozen banana (I break bananas into about 5 pieces and freeze them) handful of spinach approx. 1/2 - 1 cup of water and 2 tbs of PB2 (it's a powered "peanut butter" you can buy at Whole Foods) I don't use protein powder cause I usually drink this smoothie after a walk or run - just for a quick fix :drinker:

  • went to DD soccer banquet last night and controlled my eating. I had 3 alfredo pasta pieces - I had too - I am not even sure if I have ever let myself TASTE alfredo - lol. now...been there, done that. :laugh:
  • I find it's an 80/20 rule. 80% of our success comes from how/what we eat and only 20% comes from the exercise we do. I feel I can exercise until I am blue :grumble: (or red :mad: ) in the face, but unless I closely watch what I eat I don't lose. hope that helps a little.
