Its a balance for me. I don't want them to look too tight. That shirt is a 2X, and I used a safety pin and had it pinned back so it would look smaller. LOL.

That is great! I basically eat the same thing everyday. Low calorie foods that are filling. I only eat about 1,250 calories a day, which is somewhat controversial and not for everyone, but it has worked for me. I have an open diary, and you are welcome to look at it.

It really does. I'm doing this for to be healthy, but the boost of confidence has been great.

I eat most of the same stuff everyday, so everything in my diary I guess. LOL.

The closest thing I eat to junk food is my 94% fat free popcorn. LOL. Its quite of change from my three double cheeseburger and two small fries dinner.
