I was drinking 1200-1500 calories a day in Pepsi a month ago and probably 1200 - 1500 calories in one meal (dinner) from a drive through. I feel like I'm eating twice the food I was before and at times force myself to eat just to hit 1200 calories... thats how.

After reading several of these threads I made an appointment with my doctor to discuss my diet and weight loss. Having lost 70 lbs over the last 2 years since I was diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea I can tell you it gets better. I'm off my cpap, but my son tells me I still snore sometimes, though I don't stop breathing anymore. Currently at 175lbs, 5'6"

I have two... a rose with a teardrop coming off of it over a surgery scar... after that surgery they told me I'd never have kids. The rose has since been colored and my son's name added to it (miricles happen and God is Great!) The second is an Eagle Globe and Anchor with "Marine Mom" above and my son's name below.

I was going to try a 14 day juice fast until I talked to a friend at work about it... she did a 30 day, lost 36 lbs, and over the next 90 days gained all of it plus some back on 1400 cals a day. Kinda defeats the purpose. No thanks.
