There will be the dairy police here soon, but my take on it is if you can tolerate it, it is fine. I avoid it because it makes me bloated. I am with you on the loving it though<3

I am always over for sugar too. Mine is from fruits as well. I don't sweat it.

I'd still to complex carbs. I would NOT go on a low carb diet. Try to follow the skinny rules. I can give you some of them if you message me or post to my wall. I was insulin resistant at one time so I know it is hard to lose. How I lose and the only way is clean eating. Nothing else works. Paleo might also be a good one…

I use Reebok womens HRM. I didn't like polar for some reason. It was uncomfy. I love my reebok

The major surgery point is valid. I was in extreme pain for 2 weeks. It took about 6 weeks for a full recovery and to surgery a day without loratabs.

And the only way to relieve PCOS is ovaries and uterus removal. FYI

I had one at 35. BEST thing EVER. I swear that's what helped my weight loss too. I take estrogen as they took my ovaries. I had severe PCOS, cyst on both ovaries and precancer in my cervix. Do I think it's to young, no but you must be sure you do not want any more kids ever.

I use a Reebok heart rate monitor I love it. It is not needed though.. I do push harder with one to see my numbers go up:)

I love to run. I am currently about 55 pounds over where I want to be. I've been jogging a long time. I jog 5 minutes walk 2 minutes ect.

Family of 9 here. I spend about 1400 a month in food. That myself, and 7 kids ages 14 to 2 yrs.
