I just picked up some snap pea crunches today and they are awesome good.. I also picked up some skinny cow chocolate truffle ice cream bars that are 100 calories per bar!! can't wait to try them but have to wait until tomorrow since i didn't work out today so dont have anymore calories :( I'm just glad i'm able to wait...

Me and my family are huge Taco Bell junkies... everytime i go and am watching my calories i get three soft taco's fresco style. It fills me up and seems to curb my cravings for Taco bell.

I love dark chocolate too as long as its 70% or more... I love string cheese its under 100cal and also goldfish crackers you can have like 51 for like 140calories.

Try and work out today or even tomorrow enough to counteract the extra calories you had for dinner. if i find i'm more hungry one day i just make sure i work out a little longer on the elliptical or treadmill. I weigh 135.4lbs at 5'2 and want to be down to 129 by Sep 1st. Then i want to be down to 124 by Oct 1st. Then 119 by Nov 1st....
