I lived in Vegas for 5 years and bounced around from the west side to the east side, and to be honest Summerlin was by far my favourite.

Can I just say that I can't believe that money is being wasted on "studies" like this when it could be put to much better use! How is this information beneficial to us?

I have to disagree with this, I think willpower plays a big role in making conscious healthy eating choices. (At least for me it does!) But I also hold myself accountable, because it is MY willpower and no-one else's! :) But to each their own! Good luck to you all this weekend!

I've done a few of his video's and while I never really stuck with them, I found them fun and a worth while workout to do, at the time!

I'm totally doing Warrior Dash again! Believe me, you don't have to be athletic to do this race its more for completion then fast time! When I did it last year I was a heavy smoker! It took me a while to finish but in the end you feel so great for completing it! ! I can't wait to do it again, a tad bit healthier this time!…

Looking at those two models I have to say that I find the "plus" sized model much sexier then the rail of a model standing next to her. In my personal opinion I'd much rather be curvy and voluptuous then the skin and bones, looking like I just stepped out of a starving third world country.

As a general rule I won't be attracted to a guy who's got bigger tits then I do, that goes for man titties and those weird muscle protruding ones, peck's I think they're called!!

Pretty much sums up my opinion!! Beauty is definitely not a definition of how skinny someone is, I believe that its how you present yourself to those around you. I know some beautiful overweight women and some pretty ugly skinny ones, and also vice versa.

LOL I love this and can totally relate, I work with all guys as well and its a totally different environment then working in an office with majority women! I much prefer working with the guys, even with their fart and burping contests its so much more relaxed and fun! :)
