I STARTED AT 8 MIN AND EVERY WEEK I ADDED A MIN, I NOW DO 33 MIN AT A TIME ON THE ELIPTICAL AND AM NOT NEARLY AS EXHAUSTED AFTER 33 AS I WAS WHEN I STARTE AT JUST 8 LOL

i keep mine open....its kinda an accountability thing for me...if pple can read my diary i dont want it to show that im over a huge amount of calories!....i have had a couple cheat days that i didnt log but other than that im pretty good at logging daily :)

o i just made mini chocolate cupcakes with diet soda and whip cream instead of frosting and they were very satisfying and yummy! only 31 calories each
