  • I like frozen grapes. They take much longer to eat than non-frozen grapes. I will hold one in my mouth until it's soft enough to chew... it can take quite a while to eat an entire cup (~62 calories).

  • As long as you are getting a nutritionally complete day, I can't see any harm. I recall reading in several articles that eating the same thing every day is actually beneficial to weight loss because it makes counting calories very simple.
