Agreed! You have to forgive yourself for not being perfect and get back to work! I have the same problem. We all get discouraged and stuck in a rut sometimes, but get back to it girl! You can do this!

I have the same problem, but I know it isn't real hunger. I just want to snack at night. I drink a glass of water or hot tea and brush my teeth. Once my mouth is clean I feel bad eating anything else. If that doesn't work, I just go to bed lol.

Chili's is the worst! I worked there for a few months after college. It is almost impossible to eat a healthy meal there.

I second this. You may be more aware of others' eating habits now that you've chosen a more healthy way, but judging someone is not going to make them want to get healthy.

Buy beans, nuts, and grains from the bulk bins. Many stores have organic in bulk bins, and it's cheaper by the pound than the non-organic packaged product.
