  • First Keep up the good work.. Now to veggies. Have you tried mock Cauliflower. Steam cauliflower until tender and then blend it. I have one of those hand blenders you just stick in the pot, but you could use a blender. Its great. Put a little low calorie sour cream and your good to go..
