I think about 25 calories is a safe guess.

Maybe a beer or a glass of wine 4-5 nights a week sometimes 2 if I start early. Some days I drink more. It just depends on what I have going on.
-
I drink diet coke daily. I usually at least 32 oz every day and have for a really, really long time. I think you will be fine unless you happen to have an allergy to an ingredient or something.

Those look pretty pricey. Why not just eat some pork rinds?
-
Congrats to you! It's amazing what you can accomplish in a year.

Absolutely outside. If it hurts you are probably pushing yourself too fast. Try slowing your pace down and focus on your breathing. Make sure you stretch well before and after, also.

Just as an FYI protein powder is not an appetite suppressant. It still has calories and many people find they can meet their protein goals without using it.
-
I used to feel that way. My only advice is to just get over it. I don't mean to be harsh, but looking at other people is something that people just do. I'm sure you also look at other people. At some point you have to just focus on what you are doing and let it go. I love being outside and running on a treadmill is not…

But what if I don't want to do CrossFit and don't like the treadmill? Surely there are other acceptable forms of exercise, right?

As long as you aren't eating at a caloric surplus you can eat chocolate every day. Yes, OP. There is no need for men and women to train differently. How you train should be based on your goals regardless of gender.

I am a fairly private person. I couldn't imagine going somewhere to do my vibration thing. Oh, well. I don't think it has helped with weight loss regardless.

I think you should talk to your doctor first and see what they have to say about wanting to do this.

Not clever but pretty: The stars are blazing like rebel diamonds cut out of the sun..."

I thought I had, but maybe I've just been doing it wrong.

It's already leftovers...

That actually looks really good! I'm wishing I were at home now instead of at work.

I'm always looking for money but not in a relationship. Like if I find a shiny dime on the ground I'm happy.

Diet cheese just isn't worth it. Practice moderation, over-indulge (preferably with copious amounts of wine), or skip it. Those are the only real options when it comes to delicious, wonderful cheese.

Do they like jerky?

I guess that would depend on your definition of "too skinny." Also, most people don't like to be generalized and men are people. I wouldn't worry about getting "too muscular" either. It takes A LOT of time and effort to build muscle, especially for a woman. It doesn't just happen by accident.

I work in a grocery store. Some people bring one bag and buy six bags worth of groceries which is just silly. Some people bring a crap ton of the reusable bags and buy a crap ton of groceries. Those are fun orders. When I shop I typically could fill one or two reusable bags. If it's just a couple items I will just throw…

Sometimes I grab the 100 cal greek yogurt and mix it with half a serving of protein powder. The breakdown for that is 155 cal, 11g carb, 1g fat and 25g protein.

Usually all of them and a 12 pack. I'm an overachiever.

Really learning about the local wildlife is one of the most important things since that is who I am going to be around the most, hopefully. Or not in some cases. Fortunately, Indiana isn't bear country. We do have some wildcats, but sightings of them are so rare that some people are still reluctant to believe they are…

Even with the number I (and others apparently by the ghastly amount of caterpillar goo and remains on the trail) have squished there are still several left. There are enough to take over a small country at least, should they choose to evolve slightly and develop such goals.
-
April 1- May 8 I may have swallowed one while running last week, but have successfully spat out 2 others. Total miles is only 31.14 though. A bigger problem is the amount of caterpillars. I cannot begin to even count the number of these guys that I have squished. I would put my guesstimate somewhere near 50. I try to avoid…

You have to pre-measure potential drag caused by the material to make sure you get your timing right, especially if you plan on cutting it close.

I had an older guy next to me doing calf raises while I was benching yesterday morning. He seemed to be very into by the noises he was making. It seemed like a disproportionate amount of what can only be described as moaning for what he was doing. I had earbuds in and could still hear him.

Chocolate chip brownies :) Sorry it took so long. I see you all have had fun without me. They came out just slightly dry so I gave each of the boys a scoop of Death by Chocolate ice cream on top.
