You don't have to get wasted every time you drink. Just have a couple of drinks, drink water in between and make sure you are logging them honestly.

Well, yeah I would definitely choose to wear a sports bra over a bikini top when exercising. I personally choose to wear a shirt over the sports bra, too.

It doesn't really matter. I see myself naked all the time after I shower and stuff. I prefer to have them off while I'm sleeping in the bedroom, though.

Haha! I do that, too! Well, I keep condiments in the house, too, but I am not above grabbing a few ketchup packets or something as I walk by. My favorite gas station has Horseradish sauce packets sometimes and I like that with tuna, but not enough to buy a jar, so I usually take a couple.

I usually wake up around 5 or 5:30 and eat breakfast about 8:45. I always have diet coke or coffee in that time frame though.

If they are already muscular why do you want to "tone" them? Agree with previous posters that losing fat will help with removing some of the "bulk", but that will also make your muscles more defined.

Nice. I may ask the staff at my Y to hang one similar. Then again I sometimes spend my rest times picking up after other people so if I didn't have that to do I would have to sit and awkwardly try to not stare at other people or my phone too much.

I think part of it is that some people just don't enjoy cardio exercises. Why would you want to torture yourself doing something you don't love if you don't have to? Also, if you are bulking, doing more cardio means you have to eat even more to get the desired result. I really don't see very many people saying they don't…

Don't talk to strangers? No one on my trail has ever tried to stop me to chit chat. Also, I hear throat punches work wonders at shutting people up. Don't let some random person get you down. Just keep working hard and doing your thing. Stable people don't say things like that to other people.

I eat a lot of tacos. They make me pretty happy. Snacks are usually carrots and hummus, sriracha popcorn or extra sharp cheddar cheese and sundried tomato and olive oil triscuits.

Baked potatoes are delicious and versatile. Depending on the toppings you use they can be a meal. I wouldn't just add a little seasoning, though. I would add some shredded chicken, sour cream and salsa or finely cut steak and pepperjack cheese and jalapenos and call it dinner. I've had no problem losing weight eating them.
