Time management..! Your work is not an excuse. Your OCD? Honestly??... You find excuses to not do the things you know that you have to do in order to feel better. And I think we can't help you with that. But here are my tips from a girl who not only work a lot but also lives out of two suitcases and is sent around the…

Sometimes I get those.. And a couple of almonds or some other food helps me a bit.. Maybe you're working too hard? Are you drinking enough water during the work out?

I love getting my amount of calories up with a venti mocha frappuchino... I might go up in sugar, but my calories and my macros are ok.. And it's a nice reward after a good gym day... And so far everything is ok.. haha

You're going to get a lot non positive posts with this question... I was once addicted to Hidroxicut.. Did I lose weight? Yes, but it was probably more because I ate too little and exercise too much. What did the pills do? Caffeine overdose and some scary fainting spells.. (including one that left me in the floor for good…

If it makes you feel better.... I'm losing a lot of hair right now too.. but mostly I give it to the seasonal changes... A couple of months ago I didn't lose hair at all and now I'm like a cat.. So it might be that.

Low carb is less than 50gr PER day of carbs... That means that most of the carb intake come from fruits and veggies as every piece of bread has around 10 gr of carbs.. For example, yesterday, your carb intake was 186 gr per day.. which is more than three of the recommended carb intake to reach ketosis. That-s what they're…

I did it for a week just last week... It was hard and I'd never do it for the rest of my life. However, it helped me to start with my new gym membership + 5:2 day diet. I lost a bit of weight (and I didn't gained it back) but my main reason behind it was to decrease my appetite and it worked so now I find that I eat…

I love avocado! And it's a great way to eat healthy fats! I like it on my sandwiches (instead of mayo), I also like it over my grilled salmon.. the mix of the heat of the salmon and the avocado is delish! I also like to include it in salads (I have a mean shrimp, lime, tomato and avocado salad!) and when I'm making a taco…

I made this for dinner last night, but without the chicken... So yummy and filling!! And the amount of calories is quite low if you skip the chicken, but with the chicken it is a nice main dish, I think. http://www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/10388/thai-chicken-and-mushroom-broth

I was the "DUFF" when I was in junior high... And my friends allowed it to happen... then I lost a lot of weight by growing up, healthy eating and a lot of exercise (fun exercise!) I became popular and my friends got "angry" because I had "changed". Keep the positive thoughts, you're making life changes, and you're going…

If it fits on your calorie limit I don't see why not.. In my personal opinion, I rather have it without milk as it takes away calories that I could spend eating other things... And I like my coffee black and my tea non milky :)

I started counting carbs and eating within my calories limits.. But I wasn't really exercising and I wasn't really inspired to do it. But after talking to some friends, I became triggered by their activity (going to gym, running ,etc) realized that I was tired of being this lazy and not proactive. So I did a week long…

I do.. My BMR is 1498, losing the 20% for diet loss, it comes to 1200. Right now I try to eat around 1400 - 1500 because I'm following the 5:2 diet, and honestly? Sometimes it's hard for me to reach the calories allowance so I end up eating a bit less.. I'm a firm believer that you have to listen to your body. If you are…

I like greek yogurt, and since I can't find lf variations here, I eat the normal, original, greek yogurt, I always try to fit it into my day if I can. It fills me up, it's tasty with a bit of sweetener and some fruit and it's great as a "dessert" if I add sweetener and plain powder cocoa... It tastes like pudding!

Steam them and then put some nice cheese that will melt in between the leaves put them in the oven until the cheese is melted and awesome. When you eat you take one leaf out you can bite it with the cheese goodness.. My mom used to make them like that and they were amazing! I've also tried them grilled with a side…

I'm in! I want to lose around 10lb by the end of July.. more if it's possible.. But 10lb would be nice. I'm in my "ideal" BMI but I'm not happy. I want to be closer to the weight I used to be in college.. is that too crazy? I already follow a clean diet, no bread or pasta and low in sugars and carbs. In one month and a…

I've been following the LC diet for two weeks or less (I had a few cheat days, so my count of days go back to one after that!). I try to keep the carbs under 53 total grams.. I don't often count NET carbs, but if I do they're around 30gr.. For me this works. The weight loss is steady but slow, so that frustrates me a bit.…
