Changing your eating habits and work out routine can throw off your period. A lot of athletes don't even get them, but your best bet would be to get a check up. Make sure something else isn't going on.

I'm in. Maybe this will keep me motivated to be committed to the gym. Shooting for 75, do 6 miles on bike everytime I'm in the gym. So its reasonable.

When I was smaller (12-16) I bought my jeans at either the Buckle or Old Navy. Lots of choices. The Buckle can be pricey but they have really good quality jeans.

About 1 to 2 hours 4 to 6 times a week. Warm up on the tredmill or ellpitical or tredmill. Light weight machines for my legs and abs then 30 to 45 min on the stationary bike and sometimes the ellpitical again if I'm really feeling good

To be honest I bought some really hot running shoes. They were a big hit to my wallet but I LOVE THEM. And knowing how much they cost makes me use them. I also go to planet fitness. Wear my ipod and forget everyone else is there.

I pay a little more than 20 bucks a month for planet fitness in Oklahoma. Its a good gym, but more for people who can just go it alone. I go at least 4 times a week and am there between an hour to 2 1/2 so with time spent I'm really getting my money worth
