How long have you been stalled? If it's just a week or two, don't worry. It's probably just water weight. If it's been longer than a month, then it means you're eating too much. How accurately are you measuring your food? Also, eating back too many exercise calories is a bad idea. MFP and gyms almost always overestimate…

Welcome back! I would suggest finding a good TDEE calculator to get a more accurate count of how much you should be eating when you're at the lower weight so you don't gain it back again. Of course, if you left and stopped logging, it's easy to overeat when you're not paying attention. I gained back some of the weight I…

What kind of cheese was it and how much was used? Total pizza calories - cheese calories = pizza without cheese.

If you're not hungry, don't worry about it (as long as you ate at least 1200 calories for the day). If you are hungry, I would suggest eating back about half of those exercise calories. MFP and gyms often overestimate calories burned so you don't want to eat back more than you actually burned.

The number you need to worry about is your TDEE. If you eat that number of calories, you'll maintain your weight. Eat more and you'll gain. If you want to lose weight, you need to eat below your TDEE. In order to lose one pound per week you need to have a deficit of 500 calories per day for a total of 3,500 in a week. If…

It's 1601 without any exercise. With exercise it's slightly higher. I'm 5' 4". ETA: When you reach your goal you won't be at a deficit, but remember that you'll weigh less than you do now so maintenance will also be less calories than it is now.

Great loss! Keep up the good work!

Common mistakes: -How long have you been stalled? If it's just a week or two, it could be water weight, time of the month, etc. If it's longer, then it's time to see what the problem is. -Are you accurately measuring your food or just guessing? Some people "estimate" that they're eating one portion but are actually eating…

VLCD (very low calorie diet, <1200 calories/day) is not recommended. You need to lose weight in a healthy way and at a healthy pace. Create habits you'll continue after you reach your goal. You don't want to gain it back, do you? Because that's what usually happens when people follow a VLCD. Your weight loss is slow…

Work on yourself. Eat at a deficit and work out as much as you're able to, even if you have to start out doing short walks or light swims. You need to do this for you and not for him. Please do not get back together with him even after you lose the weight because he's clearly not worth your time. 35 is not too old to find…

IMO diet pills are a bad idea. Just eat at a deficit, and do 80% healthy/20% indulgent so you can still eat the foods you like.

I think it depends. How often are you eating out? Once to a few times a week is fine. But I was reading an article about a girl who only ate pizza, McDonald's, soda, etc. and at 22 her doctor told her she had the heart of a 90-year-old. There has to be a healthy balance between never eating out (which can make you crave it…

Some people are so gross. Learn to control yourselves; it's really not that difficult. Good grief!

I think it's fine to use a celebrity/model as inspiration to get in shape and look your best. It's not uncommon to hear success stories of people saying that they had a photo of [insert celebrity here] and would look at that photo when they were tempted to eat something they shouldn't, or eat more than they should. I also…

I'm confused... if you already have a significant other then why do you need to be on a dating website? lol.

You look great. And what a beautiful dog!

The thing about a diet is that it needs to be a lifestyle change, something that you will be able to maintain even after you reach your goal (so you don't gain the weight back). Have a set number of calories that you cannot go over. Keep your diet at 80% healthy foods that are nutritious (carbs, fats, proteins macros) and…

I've stayed the same size (US 8/10) this entire time, when I was smaller (120 when I graduated high school), when I gained weight (160-167 at my heaviest), and now that I've lost some of it. It's just that my clothes don't feel as tight anymore. I guess everyone is different. I think it's because my weight is stored around…

It's not impossible, but it is difficult. Before you lost weight, you were used to eating a higher number of calories each day. If you eat that same amount at a lower weight, you will slowly gain it back. If you want to maintain at a lower weight, you need to figure out what the maintenance is at your new weight and don't…

I have a Zumba DVD and just log it as Zumba. But I don't know how I'd log it if I had a DVD that was a mix of exercises.

I think it's because it does burn next to nothing. Weight lifting is for building muscle and getting stronger, not burning a large number of calories (although stronger muscles can make you burn more during cardio). That is why there is one area for logging strength training and another for logging cardio. I don't think…

Well, how much you "should" eat isn't just determined by height, but also age and activity level. So what works for one person of a certain height might not work for someone else. More active people obviously need to eat more calories. If you exercise a lot, then you should put that you are at an active lifestyle (choose…

I don't think it's hate, but disagreement. Everyone on here has different life experiences and different sets of knowledge that they bring in. What works for some people might not work for others. I think I disagree with a lot of people on here because I don't have as much weight to lose anymore, so every calorie counts.…

Lead by example rather than trying to tell/encourage them on what to do. They will notice your weight loss and will want it for themselves. Eventually they'll either get motivated to exercise or someone will get a health scare and need to lose some weight. Let's hope they get motivated by your example and don't have to…

You can but only if you start out morbidly obese. One of the "Biggest Loser" contestants gained a bunch of muscle mass from working out (in addition to the weight loss for the show), but it's more likely that you are carrying water weight. Most people don't gain much muscle from week to week and you generally need to eat…

"Eating clean" is more about health, nutrition and choosing lower calorie substitute foods than anything else. A lot of people find that they lose weight by "eating clean" but they need to be careful to eat a sustainable diet, something they can and will continue after reaching their goal or they'll regain lost weight. I…

Great work so far! :) You have some excess skin on your stomach because you used to be overweight; that is not body fat. You can tell by looking at your veins that your are at a low body fat percentage. (Your BMI is actually considered to be underweight by some doctors because of your age.) I think it's time to slowly bulk…

I was at 160 in January 2013. Although I do remember stepping on a scale a month or two before then and the scale said 167.
