FYI, in another thread... someone said to get an accurate calorie count, you do 3.267 x your weight/3 and that's what you should be entering...

Level 2, day 1 done!!! I think I'm gonna like it more than level 1. There's a few moves that I haven't quite worked out yet, like the ab twists at the end and by the time we get to double jump rope my legs can barely hold out, LOL. I like the walking push up more than the normal pushups.. Do you log it differently or would…

I can really see how level 1's jumping jacks made a difference in my endurance because I've been doing this "Move it March" where there's a # of jumping jacks, mountain climbers and pelvic thrusts to do each day. It increases every day, so I'm on 70 jumping jacks now. I don't think I'd be able to do em all without stopping…

Was gone over the weekend, so I'm picking back up now... did level 1, day 9... one more day then level 2! Shockingly it felt pretty awesome... I thought it'd be killer since I took a few days off.

Day 8, level 1 done... felt pretty good today.

Day 7 done! Almost done with level 1... I've decided I'm never going to be good at pushups, lol I did the shred, along with 30 min of treadmill running and 30 min of elliptical... I am quite tired.

Day 6 done! I felt like I kicked *kitten* today. :D My arms were shaky after the pushups and those damn raises...

Day 5 done! halfway through level 1 :) I made it through pushups all the way, no modifications... but my elbow was still cracking, ugh. Overall, it felt hard today..
