This has happened to me a few times! What works for me is a few different things, but the best were these two: I switched up what I was doing at the gym. I started doing classes instead of just working out at the gym. I also started doing less weight training and more cardio, which helped. Also, I upped my calorie intake…

I know the feeling! I recently bought a bunch of size 1 shirts and size 2 pants from there and I was THRILLED!!!

I am 5'1 and at 160lbs I was a size 14 :/

I definitely agree with you about the whole "him not saying anything" thing. My husband never said anything either, as I'm pretty sure all men are told not to say anything about that sort of thing, but I sure wish he would have before it got out of control. My husband always expressed that he thought I was beautiful and…

Thanks for your honesty! My husband always said he loved me and I was beautiful, and it took a lot of me going, "come on man, I've gained 75lbs, no way you think I'm as hot as I once was" about a billion times for him to be 110% honest with me. Glad he did though, because him finally saying it is exactly what I needed to…

Thank you!!!! I'm tryin' girl! haha

I definitely agree with this one. When I decided to finally lose weight, I had my husband come watch me get on the scale so he could really SEE how much I weighed with his own eyes. He couldn't believe it - 275lbs! He's only 225lbs :( I FINALLY weigh less than him for the first time since we started dating (only 4lbs…

I feel ya girl, I'm 221 right now but WAS 275 in January. It's so hard being a woman as big as that, and even more hard when people make rude comments. Don't let that discourage you; you're beautiful and you can take control and get right back on track very soon :) Good luck with everything!

I'm not 40ish either, I'm only 24, but I have a huge amount of weight to lose also (about 65 more lbs) and I barely made it through day one too. I also have some knee issues, so the jumping jacks were VERY hard for me too. You're definitely not alone in this one.

http://www.shape.com/tools_and_calculators/calorie_burn_tool That site has a drop down menu were you can choose "dance aerobics" and put your weight and it will calculate it for you. It's what I always use :)

Use "Circuit Training - general" :)

They have this amazing carribean chicken meal, it's steamed veggies, jasmine rice and two small grilled chicken breats with mango salsa and sauce. It's so amazing and good for you, too :)

I am 225lbs and I have lost 50lbs so far, and every once in a while my scale stops moving too, and sometimes I even gain a pound or two. Try changing your excersise routine and adding a lot more cardio. Also, I've upped my calories for a few days to like 1400 or so and then dropped them to 800 for two days after that and…

Yeah.

Really? I compared a few of my favorite resturant foods with their online information and with this app and found them to be pretty perfect, minus a few dings. I have wore luck finding correct frozen dinner information here on MFP! hahaha

I log mine as "circuit training"

I've been using circuit training also! I'm on day 4 today :)

I started the shred last night also, it was a big workout for me! I wore two of my regular sports bras, and that was good. I did an insane amount of sweating. I want to buy the biggest loser ones next since they're only $9 at Walmart currently.

I know exactly what you mean. I was really pretty shocked about my situation. I know my husband I both want to have a family in the next few years, so to find that out was pretty devastating. I wish you all the best!!

Oh it's definitely okay with me! I don't know if you've ever been extremely overweight before but the first few months the weight drops liek CRAZY, so when it finally goes to 8-10lbs a month, it seems much slower than usual, but it's perfect for me because that put me at my goal weight by my 25th birthday!

I have lost all my weight eating a frozen dinner for lunch every single day, and a packet of oatmeal or grits for breakfast. It's a great way to keep track of your calories better! But the other girls are right, you will get tired of them but try to stick it out :)

I have not been "trying" to get pregnant but I have had unprotected sex with my husband for 3 years now and still no pregnancy. My Ob/GYN said that it is because I am overweight. She explained to me that fat cells produce estrogen, and the bigger the cells are the more estrogen they produce, effectively making your body…

We are doing so awesome Rach, and the pic is great!!

It's actually by the refrigerated orange juices & such. It's a gallon jug.

I love my eyes :)

I was recommended to eat 1340 calories a day, but I lowered it to 1200 myself and it has been amazing. You may feel ore full but its the quality of food you're eating that makes such a huge difference. I've lost 15lbs just this past month eating around 1,200 calories a day and exercising 4 days a week.

MFP is an amazing website, very simple to use and with a great database for food calories. Try restricting your calories to no less than 1200 a day, and choose foods low in fat. I have only been on the site for a month and I have lost 19lbs! You should be able to get rid of that last 25 in no time :)
