I think that happens to just about everyone, vitamin pills are really hard on the stomach. My advice is to take it right before you go to bed, that way you sleep through any discomfort. Works for me, good luck.

For me the best part of mfp is the accountability. Everything is counted out right there and I love seeing "mid0109 has completed her food and exercise diary and is under her calorie goal" so when I'm craving a midnight snack, I think of that! Lol good luck!

Greek yogurt, everyone! Get the plain kind so you can flavor it however you like. Greek yogurt has protein, no fat, and no sugar! Plus you can use it as a substitute for sour cream or add it to any shakes you make. Enjoy :)

You CAN order a taco with no meat, I'm a vegetarian and I just tell them that! Sometimes they ask if I want beans instead but that has lard in it (among a bunch of other gross things plus too many calories!) So if you're craving the crunch, go for it!

I actually think you can Google "desk exercises" or "at work exercises" and a bunch of stuff should come up. The best thing I can think if is to sit up straight and contract your abs!

You could always cook a few nights with of dinner at the same time on the weekend and that will save you time during the week! Plus, I agree with others, once you start working out you will find yourself sleeping better and having more energy.

Omg doesn't that drive you crazy? I hate Hate HATE it when people say things like that, it is incredibly ignorant! I also go a little nuts when people joke about slipping meat in my food. Good job! Knowing you stepped out of a bad habit and pushing yourself always feels great! I would suggest taking measurements too though, the scale is not anyones friend but measuring tape will always speak the truth. Keep up the great work!

I don't know if anyone else has mentioned this yet but there are studies that suggest that if you sleep with a light source on, youre more likely to gain weight then if you slept in the dark. So put your tvs on a timer and turn off your night lights!

I think a lot of people have hit the nail on the head saying that you have to love yourself first. If youre not in a good place in your life and with yourself then its just really not conducive to a relationship.
