Tried something new tonight, I made turkey meatballs with spinach, and red onion and 1/4 mozzeralla rolled into the turkey meat, really pretty looking and tastes even better! 1/2 cup brown rice and 2 tbsps of chicken gravy and Ovaltine mmmmmm, so good

THIS IS WHAT A CHEAT DAY IS ALL ABOUT!!!!!!:happy: You eat the foods you feel like you've been depriving yourself of and then realize Ugghhh Never want that again. I started out this way and now my cheat day consist of eating the healthy foods (I don't pay attention to portion size) because that's what my body "craves"

My favorite right now: I large apple, and 1 tbsp of honey roasted all natural peanut butter sooooo gooood!!! I also love all the new flavors of the quaker mini delights the minty chocolate flavor taste just like the girl scout cookies but you get more for less calories

hey 15 minutes is still 15 minutes of excercise that your getting. it will all help in the long run. It will be a long hard road but the rewards are worth it, I used to weigh 260 pounds it has taken me 5 years to get to 152 but I'm here, there will be moments you plateau but keep trying and it will happen.
