The only place I've seen it (not online) was a local health food store for $6.99. I should have bought the jar when I saw it. Guess I have to go back.

I still get cravings sometimes, but like someone else already said, it doesn't taste as great as I remember. I've found that the cleaner I eat, the less I want junk. The difference in how my body feels (and even looks) is noticeable when I eat cleaner, and I know that eating everything I want would get me nowhere. You can…

Heaping bowls of spaghetti :blushing: Still love it, just off limits in those portions. Whiskey (I can't handle alcohol anymore. My body hurts the next day.) :ohwell: Cheeseburgers just don't taste as appetizing as they look. Too greasy/fatty w/little flavor.

Greek yogurt w/fresh fruit and sunflower seeds Celery and peanut butter (or celery with cream cheese and raisins, like today) Salads String cheese "Trail mix" of sunflower and pumpkin seeds, cashews, almonds, and raisins Tuna and wasa bread

I stopped shopping at Walmart a few years ago. I only go with my family or friends if they drag me, but I don't buy anything. Besides the dirtiness, disgruntled employees, and not-that-low prices, I don't shop there because there are never, ever enough cashiers. I can find what I need, even when busy, in 5 minutes. I'm not…

You and me both girl. Maybe it's the tattoos and hot bod, but I'll say Kat Von D!

You might have to change your expectations. It looks like you are halfway to your goal, and the game totally changes from here. I agree to try eating more, or else eat higher quality. The cleaner you eat, the more you can eat for the same 1200 calories. You could also try exercising more (and eating more if you do). Always…

I would say calorie counting, simply because I lost weight from counting but not restricting my carbs. Keeping my carbs to anything that could be called "low" seems impossible for me, personally. I shoot for 175g/day and usually go over, but it's better than the +225g I used to eat. :blushing:

I love kids, when they're not mine. I'm pretty sure that I don't want any, but I know that I could change my mind at some point in the future. In other words, I know I definitely don't want any anytime soon, and my husband is in firm agreement. We've talked about him getting a vasectomy because we couldn't "afford"…

This is why I stopped telling people about my health/fitness journey. I am petite and have always been small, but that means I have no muscle mass. People can't tell how much of me is excess fat. I just tell them that I try to eat healthy and they leave me alone. It's not about how much I weigh anyway. It's about how…

As far as I know, MFP measures nutrients by percent. So 100 means 100% of your daily value.
-
I ran it through a body shape calculator to be sure, but it looks like you're an hourglass. =)
-
What are your measurements? From your picture, you look like a "banana" aka straight up and down. Measurements are fairly similar, though your build is often slim and tom-boyish. It's a good build to have too, because you look athletic.

I'm definitely a pear. I've lost what little bust I had, and only now, when I really shouldn't be losing any more weight, have I finally lost two inches off of my hips. 33-25-38. o.O I <3 my honkeytonk badonkadonk though.

Another alternative is Smart Water, since it has electrolytes like Gatorade. Do what you will though. I save a portion of my calories for coffee every day. >.>

I hear ya. I had about five more pounds I wanted to lose, but I just found out that I'm now a 32A, when I was a 34B at my top weight. I'm maintaining now because I refuse to be an AA. I hate to be that vain, but they only make push-up bras so small. :grumble:
-
I take two measurements: my natural waist, which is very high, and around my bellybutton. There is a huge difference in the inches because I am pear-shaped. Just measure consistently, and use whichever one you like.

I don't think "healthier" is the best word, but they are certainly "cleaner" as they are still in their natural form. White sugar and artificial sweeteners are processed (obviously). If I really want a sweetener, I either use Stevia in the Raw (strictly bc it's zero calorie) or honey (when I have the calories and carbs to…

Half the time I don't eat any. When I do, it's one serving: 4 oz of chicken, a can of tuna, or a few slices of turkey. I do struggle to make my protein macro, but I think I do a pretty good job for not keeping meat in the house. It IS expensive.
-
Personally, my stomach got flatter (still pudgy though) when I actually stayed under my carb limit and ate more protein. When I eat as much carbs as I want, my tummy bloats up super quick. :blushing: Watching your sodium helps too.

Dropping out of college. Well, putting it on hold really, since I'm going back in August hopefully. If I hadn't dropped out and moved back home, I never would have dated my husband. Things worked out way better than I could ever have planned it.

Yep. The online semiannual sale started last week.

I've been looking forward to it for almost a week since they emailed me. *whips out VIP Angel credit card* I'm so ready for this.

I'm not asian, and I try not to generalize, but I did have an experience with a Malaysian woman who went to my church while I was growing up, so I know how harsh they can be (or seem). Every time I saw her, she commented on how much weight I had gained, and she was smaller than I was at twelve years old (and not…

Eating almost entirely junk food and never ever exercising. I relied on my job to up my TDEE, and it did, but couldn't support the low quality food I was eating.

^This. My hubby is almost 5'10" and 135, and he looks skeletal. We've both been trying to find healthy ways to get him to gain weight. His BMI? 19.4, well within the "healthy" range, but it does not look nor seem healthy at all.
-
It's because you're pear shaped. I've lost between 15 and 20 lbs, am at my goal weight, and still wear the same size. If I'm lucky, I can squeeze into one size smaller, but not consistently. I've lost 1.5" around my hips, and that's IT. I refuse to lore more weight just to get into one size smaller. Cheers to everyone out…

:blushing: Thank you! You are a classic beauty with a sweet smile.

I had that problem for a month or so a while back. I'd type up my comment but when I hit "post reply" it would kick me out to the main forum page. So aggravating!

You look like you have a lot of fun.
