I use Jamaican curry powder. I use a couple of heaping tablespoons, 1 onion finally chopped, about 5-6 cloves of garlic, and salt and pepper. I used to add coconut cream but I've removed it to save on calories. I add all of these ingredients (including the chicken) and let sit and marinade for several hours before cooking…

Okay, so I was told the same thing by a friend at the gym. So I tried it. I did not enjoy it. For some odd reason, I see better results on my body when I cardio first and then do weights. I also burn way more calories while weight training if I've done cardio first. As Max always says, Canadians always do things backwards…

I can't completely relate but I was drinking about 2 diet cokes a day and I could feel my problem getting worse cuz I was craving it all the time. I've only tried it once and I loved it. I also burnt major calories and I had no idea what I was doing (first time ever doing yoga). I also felt dizzy but was told to drink water when that happened.
