Grate them up and sneak them into things like meatloaf, spaghetti sauce, taco filling, chili etc. Add them raw to salads. Veggie soup. They are awesome grilled.

Garlic and Rosemary

I made a shrimp scampi with kale the other night. It was delish. Just simmer some olive oil and a little butter with some garlic at very low heat to infuse the garlic flavor. Turn up the heat and add the kale (stems removed). Saute until tender. Add shrimp and cook until pink. Add zest and juice from one lemon.

Jojuv, Instead of Ragu, Just use canned tomato sauce and/or canned crushed or diced tomatos and add seasonings like garlic powder and italian seasoning to taste.
