been really tired today I think I have pushed myself hard the last two runs and because I dont want to take a rest day yet I took it easier today and only did a mile I know it seems daft I run so much less than any of u but for me this month has been a huge deal but im determined to get stronger and I will push harder…

First ever night run and to be honest it freaked me out a little the park I usually run was really poorly lit so come winter I need to consider diff running routes on plus side I was slow but developed a great running pace and ran further than ever before

I am a runner in the loosest sense of the word only started 11days ago and never run before that so the most I manage is 2mile s at a go and even then its a mix of running and brisk walking to keep my heart rate up but im getting better feel free to add im currently in the july running group and contribute daily

Have to agree u have to track whatnu are eating to ensure that one u are not eating too much and too are not eating too little which can also mess with u in terms of the degree of exercise u are doing weighing and measuring ur food isnt as hard as it seems and worth it for results Also remember this hormones water intake…

Genuinely hard day again got a stitch on mile 2 but walked thro it had to really drag myself round on second mile but I did it showed im commited but as a result I was slower today hoping I might pick up tomorrow after 2 tough days if not taking a rest day on tuesday and hopefully a little recovery time will help my body…

Disappointed in myself today only managed 1mile the heat was just too much felt ill I was scared of fainting my crohns means I dehydrate easy so I didnt trust myself to tackle 2 mile nd get home will maybe try again later cant help but feel like I let myself down tho the only plus point is I shaved 1min off my usual time
