Personally I report all I eat good and bad and will report gains and losses I dont think you can 'cheat'as such because in the end the only one you can cheat is yourself yes we cheer each other on but the changes and weight loss is purely for you

Sorry but I agree with the others zumba at home cant compare with a class I love my teacher I go twice a week zumba on mondays and zumba toning and circuit training on thurs at home you slow up get lazy whereas in the class you go for the full hour and push yourself to work that bit harder to me its worth the money

Im only just coming back to this however I dont think cheat days work this works for me as its counting kcals so I eat the same as I always do I just calculate treats into my everyday yesterday I hd some crisps and choc but thats on exercise days when I am going to cover it I think if you deny yourself stuff losing weight…
