  • I have a body shaper that I used before I got pregnant that kind of smooth's things out, like spanx. I plan on just wearing that post partum.
  • I'm right about where you're at. 20w, +16 pounds:)
  • Yay! Congrats to you!
  • I didn't show until I was 6 months with my first. Now I am definitely showing :) I have no idea how to post pics on here without them being huge!
  • I lost weight up until week 14. I'm 17w tomorrow and I've gone from 154 to 163!
  • blackberry brandy when I was 15...eesh
  • It hurted my i's to c
  • What a cute idea! I My parents already know but I'm trying to think of a cute way to tell them the sex when we find out.
  • Just went today! Heartbeat was a strong 153:) It was so amazing to see him/her wiggling around and kicking his/her legs out. We get to go in a month to find out the sex!
  • Yeah, I'm slightly guilty of having my son come to work. I make my husband leave after a short time because I can't get any work done if he's there. Thankfully I work in a small office, it's just me and my boss, and my boss loves having him there:)
  • That's so awesome! I have my first appointment tomorrow and I cannot wait to hear that little thump thump:)
  • 14 weeks today and I've gained 2.8 pounds in the last week and a half!
  • I think I'm going to look up pregnancy exercise videos on you tube. Walking is out of the question because there's a layer of ice on everything and the wind chill here is below zero.
  • So far I'm doing okay. I can still button my dress pants but there's no way I'm getting into my low rise jeans. I've gotten my appetite back in the last week or so and I'm expecting big changes as soon as being able to eat catches up to me. I do wear one pair of maternity skinny jeans only because they are SO skinny that I…
  • I used Palmer's with my first, gained 52 pounds and didn't have a stretch mark. I'm using it with baby #2 with the hopes that I'll get the same results, sans gaining 52 pounds!
  • I was a black card member for two years and they promised pizza and bagels and I never once seen it! I purposely went on a Monday night for a slice of pizza before my workout and I got squat:(
  • I'm less than what I was when I got pregnant and I'm 12w tomorrow. Morning sickness has not been kind. Today I just ate through my nausea and it seems to have worked. Maybe it's finally lightening up. I know it's normal to lose weight in the first trimester but I can't help but worry that it's not good for the baby. I've…
  • Oh wow, that poor family. My niece was also born at 28 weeks. She had to spend the first three months of her life in the hospital but today she is a thriving 6 year old, gabbing non stop:) Thank goodness for the amazing medical advancements in the past 30 years!
  • I have been having cravings, eat it then get so sick from it. The other day I wanted hot ham and cheese and was sick for the rest of the night. Yesterday I wanted fried potatoes with ketchup and was sick for the rest of the night. :/ I have no idea why I'd be craving things that immediately make me sick but I guess I'll…
  • I didn't read the article but how far along is she? I'm just getting towards the end of my first trimester and the only thing I can keep down is carbs. That being said, as soon as I feel human again I will be eating lots of protein.
  • You're not alone! I am exactly the same weight as I was before I found out I was pregnant but none of my jeans fit anymore. I had to move up to my fat jeans. The bloat is killing me! If I eat too much (like two small ham and cheese sandwiches yesterday) and I'm sick for the rest of the night. Lots of carbs too, that seems…
  • Ok. So when I went for my U/S on the first I didn't get to see my doctor because of scheduling. The tech told us that our due date is the 11th of June. Today I got a letter from my doctor saying that she looked over the U/S and it appears that everything is progressing normally and that my due date is the 8th. Weird? So I…
  • I didn't have my first until I was 32. I never planned on having kids because of the freedom I had. Like a previous poster stated, once you see their face and look into their eyes, it surpasses any other feeling of joy you have ever felt. There is nothing in my non-parent life that has ever compared to having my little…
  • You don't get to find out the sex at 12 weeks:( I did with my first only because I went to a 4D ultrasound place, not the doctors office. Most doctors won't tell you the sex until 20 weeks.
  • I hate raiding for TONS of reasons. Mainly the elitist a-holes who will kick someone for getting into a random argument, not even game related. That seriously happened and me and the hubby was like, what the hell? So we pulled the boss and let 'em wipe. Then we left the raid, lol. Another issue I have is after every boss…
  • Ah! I'm trying to level my pets so I can get the baby Niuzao:) It's so time consuming though. Some of WoD sounds great, other things I'll have to see them in play.
  • Hahaha! It's been a while for you eh? I hit 100k regularly with my chaos bolt.
  • I still play. Love me some arenas:) I'm a Warlock to the end! I've tried other classes and they weren't for me. With the new expansion you get an automatic 90 upgrade so I might bump my shammy.
  • Wow as I was reading that I was scared for you Amy! I'm so happy to hear that everything is okay:)
  • Desk jobs aren't that easy when you're pregnant. I also have a desk job and I find if I don't move around that much the bloating at the end of the day is almost worse than the nausea. Also, I've read that the flicker of a computer monitor makes sickness worse.
