  • I could be wrong but I thought when you updated your weight it automatically updated your weight for you in the section where it decided your calories. Mine had my current weight in it not the previous weight.

  • I go by my watch!!! my watch tends to read about 100 calories lower than the machine. Although my watch asked for my weight, height birthday etc......

  • I dont clean like crazy as im single and have no one to impress but I too do not record anything such as cleaning, sex, shoveling snow etc. Unless I actually go out and intentionally exercise I do not record it.
  • I have a Heart Rate Monitor. The HRM read 100 calories less than the machine said. I dont use the MFP workouts, I just use the HRM for all my workouts and use that to record my exercise. Its the best way!!!
  • I have a Thyroid disease however I still eat normally!! Im just eating healthy!! I cant really help you out with the diabetes as im sure that it is more difficult with food choices than just having a thyroid disease.
  • 1 litre is = to 4 8 oz glasses ....so in order to get at least your 8 glasses of water in you need to drink 2 litres of water. I drink 4 litres because I have been told from different people that you are suppose to drink half your body weight in oz.

  • I drink 4 litres a day!! They say you are suppose to drink half your body weight in oz. I looked it up once and it said that it is possible to drink too much water, but its a LOT of water. The chances of you drinking that much are slim I think. It was a couple years ago so I cant remember the exact amount. Google it!!

  • small snacks i'll do anything from a boiled egg, fruit, portioned pretzels or smart pop, popcorn, yogurt, almonds, oatmeal bar etc, hummus....etc.

  • I eat Almonds when I am short on calories! Its not super filling which if your full is good, they are full of calories but are super healthy for you!!
