@SheilaBoneham i have lived through two elimination diets, my own and my teenagerβs. My own was difficult but forcing a teen through it was almost worse. Luckily for me, they only needed to do it for 3 months. While I was on mine I lost 35lb. I needed to stay on it and keep a lot of foods, especially sugars, eliminated forβ¦
