A couple of things: 1) Based on your BMI you are underweight. It will be healthier for you to gain some weight. 2) Going from 108 to 110 is not a huge change, it could just be water weight, wearing different clothes while you weigh in, or you need to go to the bathroom. Do not worry about it. 3) You need to eat more.…

Homemade buttercream icing and fresh cookie dough. We have a local bake store that sells the icing and it is amazing, I could just have a tub of it at home to use for snacks. Since my whole family absolutely loves it, my mom will only buy the icing a day or two before we need it to decorate a cake and nobody is allowed to…

I'm 21 and a college senior, feel free to add me. I'm also trying to figure out how to balance exercising, studying, working, and life in general. It's going to be a busy semester

1264. But I went out to dinner and had to do my best to estimate how much I ate. Yesterday was an odd day for me, just a very late breakfast and then dinner & dessert.

Congrats! I would love to do a Tough Mudder someday.

Pizza. I absolutely love it, and could survive eating it daily. I always find a way to fit it in my daily calories but if I could have more I would. Also ice cream or cookies (especially cookie dough).

It really depends. I started watching my calories in late January or early February and when I went to my aunt's house for Easter, at the end of March, the first thing she said as I walked in the door was "have you lost weight?" At that point I had only lost about 10 pounds. Now I have almost lost an additional 10 pounds…

I was hoping for greater results. I started Insanity at almost 150, and since I am short I had a lot of weight to lose. With eating 1700 a day and burning about 700 (according to HRM) I should've dropped a lot of weight or inches. My cousin, who was already at a normal weight, lost 10 pounds doing Insanity. After busting…

I really like Healthy Choice Fudge bars. They're low in sugar and carbs but have 5 grams of fiber. I love them as a snack or dessert. I also like Fiber One brownies and chewy bars.

When I had a body composition screening and it said I had an extras 40 pounds of fat on me. That was a huge wake-up call. Now 7 months later I am 5 pounds away from being at a "normal weight". Hopefully I can reach it by the end of this semester.

I almost completed Insanity this year, I started on April 1 and only had 10 or so days left, but I had to quit due to knee pain. I am young, had no prior knee pains, wore supportive shoes, and worked out on carpeted areas, but it still bothered my knees. After the initial 5 days of soreness I really started to enjoy the…

Yes, it is ok to eat right before bed, just make sure to record it. I count my calories in a day as the time I get up until the time I go to sleep, not by the actual date.

Gryffindor! Where dwell the brave of heart, their daring nerve and chivalry set Gryffindors apart!

I eat about 1700 calories a day. I'm doing TDEE -20%. According to the machines at the gym I typically burn between 600-700 calories (and those are always low).

Hahaha, this made my day.

I'll check out Pandora. Unfortunately Spotify doesn't have a free mobile app. You get a 48 hour free trial and then you have to upgrade to premium if you want to pick your music.

I got my ticker all ready to go!

I'm going to try for 50 since this is my first challenge, it sounds neat.

Newly turned 21 year old here. I'm a college senior (wow, senior already...) and I've been working on getting fit since February, 15 pounds lost so far and 15 to go. Feel free to add me, I too also need support from others around my age.

I recently did most of the Insanity program. I was 1.5 weeks from finishing before I had to stop because of knee pain (I was even working out on heavily carpeted areas). When I started Insanity I was 147. I exercised daily and tried to eat 1700 a day, my weight went up to 152 and then slowly went back down to 148. So I…

Thanks everybody, of course I thank people when they compliment me, but I'm still getting use to my new lifestyle and mindset. Since late elementary school I've been slightly overweight and when I hear the compliments I wonder at times what they thought of me before. And when I go back home in about 2 months I'm hopefully…

Thanks. I did the first workout yesterday and plan to do the next one tonight. As for my nutrition the main.problem I have is vegetables. I've tried different kinds of salad and vegetables but i can't manage to like most of them. But i am still looking for new ones, as of now i drink v8, which i enjoy. I am ready to lose…
