Bumping to try this. Sounds delicious!

It bakes up just like a chocolate chip cookie. I prefer thin and crispy, that's why I roll it out. The chocolate chip bakes up well in the oven maybe because it contains more fat (10) than some of the others which have 6 grams. I have to say the apple is also awesome baked in the oven. I tried coconut and not as flavorful…

You should also try rolling the cccd out with a rolling pin (... second thought, you may not need a rolling pin. I'm sure those biceps would flatten just about anything) to pie crust thin and bake for four minutes at 350. Awesome!

It's like a chainsaw! Will grind up whatever you put in it. Love mine!:heart:Not one complaint and a great tool for getting healthy. I think the refurbished ones do come with a nice warranty as well. I'm not sure the cost of a refurbished one, but if you go to a home and garden show or sometimes Sam's Clubs hosts demos,…

Going to try this. I've made one similar without pumpkin, banana or applesauce and it was much too dry. I bet this does the trick! Thanks!

Looks like your daily calories are very low on a regular basis anyway so there should be no bad feelings for one day! Enjoy the celebrations!

Had my first white chocolate raspberry Quest bar tonight! Delicious! Though I'm not sure anything beats the chocolate chip cookie dough. Other favs are the coconut cashew, banana nut muffin, and apple pie. Try changing it up by softening cccd or apple pie in the microwave, then rolling it out to thickness (or thinness) of…

Simple & sweet! Just what I'm looking for. Thanks!

Peanut flour! Tastes just like PB2 without the added sugar and has 16 g protein per 1/4 cup. Far less expensive than PB2 as well. I purchased mine from iherb.com (protein plus peanut flour). You can purchase it from byrdmill.com. Great stuff to add into smoothies, yogurt, use for baking, etc.

My sweet cravings usually come at night. I buy the Quest bars, soften them on defrost in microwave, 20-30 seconds, roll it out like pie crust with a rolling pin to the size of a small breakfast plate and bake at 350 for 3-4 minutes. I like thin and crunchy, so I do almost 4 minutes. I also have heard of cutting them into…

P.S. Hope you microwaved them for 15 seconds before eating, that's the difference in liking or not like them!
