I guess what it boils down to is what you will do. I love to run, so I run. I've been lifting weights to make my runs more benefical and I've enjoyed the results I've seen. I like sworkit an app for my phone. You don't need any equipment (other than smartphone) and I do core stregnth for 15 minutes, stretches for 15 (full body, though on both you can choose a target area,) and then I walk/jog. I have added HIIT recently to try to lose fat.

I really recommend the perfect 10 diet which is a low carb/lower fat diet with lots of healthy variety. You can also try marksdailyapple.com which is also way more healthier than Adtkins. Good luck!

I'm going to have to forth the motion that your goal isn't healthy. I'm 6ft, small framed and my ideal weight is 155. When I played college basket ball I weighed 140 and was way too skinny.
