When I'm running low on calories and time, I throw together some cottage cheese with a little Ideal or Splenda and some cinnamon. Yum! It's really good when put on some toast and broiled to melt the cheese some, too. Tastes like a cheese danish!

Sounds crazy, I guess, but I have been known to do sit ups in my bed. I can't do them on the floor, my lower spine digs into the floor. I tried yoga mats, several yog mats, pillows... My bed was the only place to do them.

Not sure about what advice to give really, since I haven't looked at your food diary, but I think you may be doing the same thing I did for a while. I had to learn to eat smarter. Most of the time, I try to make sure my foods are nutrient-rich, not just low calorie. Ex: I stopped buying iceburg lettuce, and replaced it…

Made these last night and got 33 cupcakes out of it! 60 cals. Each. Yay! They were even better this morning.
