For sure! Perfect way to start building up your cardio endurance. As you progress and walk more, you should try incorporating interval running (if physically able), and then advance to full on jogs and runs.

Do what works for you. If you successfully lose weight without counting them, then I say good work, you are doing something right. But for me, me personally--not anyone else, i'd call it a copout and just look at it as me trying to cut corners. But I am aware the WW doesn't count fruit, which is interesting.

It's always good to have fellow dudes on your friends list. Got a lot of awesome ladies on my list, but having some guys, especially those in similar positions as you, can be good. I was at 354lbs at my highest. 311 was what my last weigh-in came up as. Im a very agile and mobile big-man. I take pride in that!

Back in the day, I played the hell outta that game. I could play on the hardest difficulty and sometimes I used two mats. Awesome, awesome memories...and lots of sweat! It was an awesome workout.

I feel like if you are walking, and then the next day going to the gym and lifting as well as more cardio, you could probably cut out the cardio on lifting days. I dont think i've ever heard that. I have never personally, nor would ever get weight loss surgery. To call it cheating would be bull****, though. Because it takes work to keep off the weight and keep losing.
