I'll go ahead and keep doing cardio. It surely helps the weight come off for me and helped me drop 85 pounds a few years back when I was on the ball. Don't get me wrong, I like lifting too. I just mix in both.

You should space your weigh-ins out a little more. Instead of everyday try every other week. Edited to add: Only if you find it discouraging. Other than that, just do what works for you.

This has been my biggest downfall. I've had many successful weight loss stints. My most successful loss wa 80+lbs. I hurt my shoulder, got depressed, and gained it back. Yeah I think the biggest issue is people worrying about what other people are doing at the gym. Unless someone is doing something ridiculously stupid and doesn't realize it. I wouldn't count it. I'd just put that in your lifestyle activity on the settings. It certainly feels like you workout when you stand in one position like that for a portion of the day though. I usually only unload freight, but i've cashiered, and i've been more sore from cashiering then moving heavy boxes nonstop.

They make multivitamins for women and men. When I am on the right track and being healthy, I take a Mens multi and a triple strength fish oil pill. Don't go paying 20 some dollars for bottles of these pills though. You can get good brands with plenty of pills for 5-10 bucks a bottle.
