Multiple stops to multiple fast food places. Eating entirely too much. Nearly everyday I had money for it. That was what got me to 354lbs, but I caught on before too late and got my **** together. Not stopping when I was full, but when I was miserably unable to move.

My fam don't sabotage me, but they don't make it very easy. They tend to buy food that isn't so great, and some fast food here and there. I tend to buy my own meals, so I don't have to worry about it, but there is usally always some kind of junk food around the house which is usually not mine.

You don't need to workout EVERY day. Give it a rest on the weekends and allow your body to rest & recover. Try and eat a slight bit more and more frequently as well. Diet drinks are a cop-out! I say drink your damn water! I used to drink soda (a bunch of it) daily. Dropped it to start getting back into healthy shape. Of all things to completely cut, soda was the easiest. Diet or Regular. Avoid both. Drink water.You'll get used to it and you'll be glad you did.

I dont. And I dont think people should. IF you do, make sure you dont log 500-1000 cals for 30 minutes worth of cleaning. Unless of course you are deadlifting all the appliances while you clean lol. You'd only be cheating yourself. But if the burns you get from it are making sense come weigh-in day, go for it.

I work in the mornings. I have to get up really early as it is (4am), making myself breakfast would require me to get up even earlier...seeing as how I snooze about up until im 15 minutes from being late, breakfast ain't happenin' lol.
