I have dealt with depression all my life. I am on meds now (they are new ones) and have been most of my life. I CAN REALLY tell when I am out and need them back. Exercise is also great for depression as well as sun (this is according to my doctor as I am not an expert). Personally there is nothing wrong with taking meds…

I didn't get to today but I have been going at least 4 days every week. I may start doing the extra time on just the recovery boards too.

Hi barbiecat, My May has started off great!!! I weighed in today and lost 3 lbs this last week. One of my goals for May was to lose at least 5 lbs....well I got a good start on that!!!

I would like in too.....I am 54, need to stay on track with the Curves Complete Plan and not eat all the bad carbs. My daughter was doing Weight Watchers also and she cancelled her membership and started doing MFP cause she couldn't afford it either and I use to do WW in the past and MFP has helped me lose weight more than ANY of the other diets I have tried. I wish you all the success.....You can do this!!!!

This has been a bad week for me. I did not get to Curves at all this week to work out. I have been wearng my pedometer and getting in my daily goal of steps. I a going to go tomorrow though.

I weigh in once a week at curves so that I am consistant and on the same scale. I try to have a light breakfast and go to Curves about 1 hour later.
