  • I really agree with everyone else as to what to do but one suggestion I would make is to ask her to go on walks/bike rides/exercise with you to help YOU get in shape and then she will feel like what she is doing is helping you and not all the focus is on her.   • I am in! I have her DVDs and I also walk on my Curves program. I am disabled and I try to walk 30 minutes to an hour everyday if possible. I am going to set my goal at 30 miles. That is 1 mile per day.....I may be able to do more but not sure. Thanks for setting up this group/challenge. Bev

  • You could try getting some fruits and veggies: kiwi, carrots, celery, cucumbers, eggplant, squash etc and snack or cook with them. If you need recipes you can go online or I can send you some of mine if you would like. Make omelets and add chopped veggies etc and i will try to come up with some other ideas. Bev
  • My husband has a Goldwing and I ride with him (on the back). I have had 3 back surgeries and cannot hold one up on my own. I love going with him. He has only had it about 3 yrs and we love it.
