I usually delete someone if they haven't logged in for like a month or two. If it has been a few days or a couple weeks I send them a message and let them know I miss them and are thinking of them and wait for a reply. If they don't reply I give them a few more days. Bev

I log whatever little bit of housework I do but I have had 3 back surgeries and can't do a lot so I want every little calorie I burn counted!! LOL I log my walks I take and my housecleaning cause that is about all I get to do besides going to Curves for Women. Sorry I am not much help. Bev

I kind of have that thought process too. Like yogurt is suppose to be good for you because of the protein but it has a lot of carbs and the same way with milk. I look at it like this: if I eat the yogurt it is better than a donut or some other sugary thing for breakfast or if I drink milk I get more good from it than if I…

I probably am not much help either but I personally would start at the gym by asking a manager, trainer or someone who knows something about how people work at the gym. Just an idea but I know that our fitness center here we always have someone we can go to and ask about our workouts. Bev
