I've been eating the Atkins chocolate chip granola bars for a morning snack. Although not "technically" a protein bar, they have 16 grams of protein and are only 3 net carbs. And they are really yummy, and under $7 for a box of 5!

I'm not currently including either one in my everyday diet, but when I do indulge, it depends on my mood. Blueberry toaster strudel is my fave when I want a strudel. When I want a Pop-Tart, it's an unfrosted strawberry with butter on top! I can't believe nobody else has even mentioned the unfrosted Pop-Tarts!!!

I have been doing the 30 DS, and I have a bum knee. I have been modifying things a little. During the jumping jacks, I do my arms and "step-touch" side to side.
