Reading this thread makes me want a new suit, so I wandered over to speedo's website and they have plus size fitness suits wit a body hugging skirt for a 'better workout' on there. It could be worth looking into if you are really hung up on a skirt.

I swim twice a week. I have a speedo bathing suit, swim cap, goggles, and a hrm on when I do my laps. Shorts would be annoying while doing laps. Seriously, you're there to workout. Its not a beach.

Seriously. :indifferent: I went from a 42F/G to a 34small C. No amount of lifting, flying, rubbing, pinching, moisturizing, biting, etc would make these not have sag. Add to 5 kids breast feeding and just, um no.

The only reason I eat before bed is because its RIGHT after my workout and I try to get in at least 30gs of protein within a 30 min window. Thank you for your responses! It really helps to get others opinions. I never knew the casein was thick.. I prolly wouldn't like that lol!

Wednesdays are supposed to be my rest day but since I am trying to lower my BF% and some weight I use Wednesdays as a swim day. I swim for about 45-hour. I do a little (35-45min) or so of cardio on my lifting days. Sat/Sun are my rest days and I don't do anything.

I do barbell curls, Right now I am at 45lbs. But for dumbells I am at 15s for lateral raises 20 for shoulder presses 30 for shrugs I use 35s for walking lunges I do barbell squats so I am no good there as far as dumbells go. What are you doing?

here is a set I knit my youngest daughter, I actually appliqued the shirt too. knitting is not just granny stuff ;) I could spin for hire, I just am super busy and never really thought of it. This was knit out of handspun yarn, it naturally variegates in color :) I am a nerd.

yep! I buy braids of roving that is predyed and spin it on my wheel. You can also you a spindle which is a hand held gadget, but I haven't ever done it that way. :)

I knit and spin yarn from wool. It's actually pretty cool. I want to get into cake decorating.

Im just under 5'9" Starting weight 270 Current weight 162 ish Goal weight 145 I have been trying to eat 1700 but Im lucky if I eat 1500. 130-150 g of protein a day I burn 600-800 cals a day 5 days a week Im lifting weights in hopes to build muscle and get defined.

I burn about 400 calories for 45 minutes of swimming, and that's only REALLY going hard about 30% of the time, the other times I swim at a normal pace or kick hard using the board. Anything that can keep your heart rate up for a good amount of time will burn more. The stair stepper is really good for it too.
